Hands Only CPR
Catch the beat and learn Hands Only CPR
Hands only CPR is CPR without mouth to mouth breaths.  If you see a teen or adult suddenly collapse perform these 2 steps:

1.  Call 911 using your cell phone, closest phone or send someone to call.
2.  Begin performing chest compressions by pushing hard and fast in the center of the chest.
CPR Classes

CPR for Family and Friends is a participation level training that can include adult, child, or infant modules and can also be offered as a CPR party. Infant CPR is offered for new or expectant parents or grandparent and covers how to perform Infant CPR.  Heartsaver CPR AED is a completion card level training (certification) that includes adult CPR and how to use an AED (automated external defibrillator) with optional child and infant modules. Basic Life Support is a completion card level training (certification) for the professional or healthcare rescuer.  All classes include how to help with a choking emergency.

Hands only CPR is effective for a teen or adult that suddenly collapses.   In some situations and for babies and children, traditional CPR with compressions and breaths is recommended.  Want more information? Attend one of our CPR classes that includes practice of skills on a CPR manikin with Instructor feedback.
